As I continue to look up design-related resources related to the developing world for my Bus & Tech for Sustainable Development class... here are some resources a la one of my NBO posts (i.e., I will not be providing extended comments):
- IDEO and International Development Enterprise's Human-Centered Design Toolkit
- IDEO and Rockefeller Foundation's Design for Social Impact Guide/Workbook
- Continuum is a design consultancy that did a consumer research study called Colorblind. Colorblind combined both online and in-person ethnographic interviews and research to glean insight on behavioral and purchasing decisions in relation to "green" and "sustainable." The executive summary is here. (Haven't read it yet... but you can bet that's next!)
